Before I embarked on my website redesign project, I identified some key UX challenges that were affecting user satisfaction. One of the notable issues was the crowded design, which made the site overwhelming with numerous options. This created a heavy cognitive load, considering the established principle that our working memory can effectively process only about seven items at a time.

To tackle this, I strategically trimmed down my menu options, aiming for simplicity and clarity. I also restructured the hierarchy of elements to better guide users toward vital content and actions. Additionally, I meticulously applied Fitts's Law to determine the ideal sizing and spacing of interactive elements, ensuring a more intuitive and efficient user experience on my website
